Our Master Distiller, Duncan Tait, ran the first distillation through our new gin still on Friday June 8th. Made from a selection of nine premium botanicals including local Hawthorn, GlenWyvis Gin made in Dingwall is now a real thing! And we will unveil our new bottle and brand at the end of the month. Of course, the timing could not be better for this historic moment with World Gin Day falling tomorrow on Saturday 9th June.
