GoodWill Quercus Robur is a cask matured, limited edition Scottish craft gin. Aged in a single 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Hogshead, the ‘European oak’ releases rich fruit flavours during maturation to complement the crisp aromas and full flavours created by the nine premium botanicals at the heart of GlenWyvis GoodWill Gin.

Tasting Notes
Nose
Deep and complex citrus and juniper notes but with a richer, dried fruit aroma coming through. Sherbet and waxy undernotes throughout.
Palate
Initial Juniper gives way to warm Blood Orange and lemon zest, developing into a sweet bramble crumble with hints of cinnamon spice and dried fruits.
Finish
Long and warming mouthfeel, with rich fruit cake, spiced notes and ripe tangerine to finish.
