GoodWill Quercus Alba is a cask matured, limited edition Scottish craft gin. Aged in a single American Standard Barrel, the ‘white oak’ releases light vanilla notes during maturation to complement the crisp aromas and full flavours created by the nine premium botanicals at the heart of GlenWyvis GoodWill Gin.

Tasting Notes
Nose
Initial distinct citrus notes which then give way to pleasant sweet vanilla and butterscotch, with discrete juniper undernotes.
Palate
Orange zest and lemon grass mingles with vanilla custard making for a subtly sweet gin experience.
Finish
Long and warming with the vanilla yielding to a rose turkish delight and parma violet finish, but not overly intense.
