You just cant beat a classic Negroni. To make this iconic cocktail, you need balance. Equal measures of GoodWill gin, Campari and Vermouth are required. We’re pretty sure you won’t taste a better one than this Negroni made with our very own GoodWill Gin. The natural orange flavour in our gin, gives this a unique flavour that packs a punch, perfect for Negroni! The deep orange colour of this cocktail reminds us of the beautiful sunsets we have experienced this year at the Distillery over the Cromarty firth.
Ingredients
25ml GoodWill Gin
25ml Campari
25ml sweet vermouth
Orange wedge to garnish
Method
Fill a glass with cubed ice and add all the ingredients.
Stir for 30 seconds, then garnish with a wedge of fresh orange. We also popped the glass into the freezer for 30mins prior to serving, for an added Icey boost for warm summer nights.
