GlenWyvis won the main prize at the inaugural Highlands and Islands Finance Awards, sponsored by Close Brothers. Our Finance Director, Hazel Allen, was there to accept the award for ‘Best Overall Finance Package.’ Hazel has led our multi-pronged approach to raising funds since GlenWyvis was established in 2015. This has included grants and lending from organisation such as Close Brothers itself alongside our crowd funding efforts. Close Brothers also recently made a video case study about GlenWyvis, which includes interviews with both John and Hazel – you can watch it here.
