Highland Hospice Machu Picchu Trek Gin
This Christmas we have decided to create a unique gin to support the Highland hospice’s essential services. A proportion of the profits from every bottle sold will be directly donated to the Highland Hospice, helping to meet the significant costs of delivering specialist care.
The new gin’s flavour profile is inspired by an upcoming and ambitious fundraising expedition to the ancient Inca citadel of Machu Picchu. The spirit incorporates distinctive South American botanicals such as camu camu, Tonka beans, and inca berries, offering a truly unique and adventurous taste experience.

Bryson’s Bravehearts Fundraising Efforts
The fundraising efforts are spearheaded by Bryson’s Bravehearts, a dedicated group of friends from the Inverness area who are undertaking the Machu Picchu challenge in memory of their late friend, Stuart Bryson. Their determination is evident in their prior participation in challenging sporting events, including the Hydrox and the Loch Ness Marathon.
Karen Duff, Corporate Fundraiser at Highland Hospice said “We are delighted to partner with GlenWyvis Distillery to help create this beautifully crafted one-of-a-kind gin. It’s really been fantastic to see the whole process from start to finish, from pouring the botanicals to taste testing the finished product. It’s the perfect gift for Christmas! Thank you once again to the team at GlenWyvis. We are incredibly grateful for their kindness and community spirit. Every bottle sold directly supports Hospice care across the Highlands”.

This exceptional and exotic South American inspired botanical gin will be available from November 28th, 2025. Only 450 bottles will be offered for purchase directly through our website. Created exclusively for the Highland Hospice, to support their crucial services in the Highland region.

Nestled beneath the sprawling mass of Ben Wyvis mountain in the Scottish Highlands, GlenWyvis Distillery was established in 2015. The idea was to unite the community of Dingwall through the creation of a distillery owned by local people.
