Made in Dingwall using nine different botanicals, including locally picked hawthorn, GoodWill Gin has a crisp full-bodied taste with distinct hints of citrus and traces of spice. To compliment this, we suggest that you serve GoodWill gin over ice infused with coriander and fresh orange and a generous serving of gin, topped with Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic.
The orange peel enhances the sweet and fresh citrus notes running through and complements the beautifully spiced undertones. The coriander elevates the herby and floral notes of the gin, simply use it to balance the citrus flavour to your own individual tastes!
50ml of GoodWill Gin
200ml of tonic water (Mediterranean Fever-Tree is preferred)
1 slice of orange to serve
For the ice cubes
Finely chop 15 grams of coriander with half of 1 peeled orange (diced) and distribute into an empty ice try. Cover with ice and freeze
