We’d like everyone to raise a glass and thank our departing Distillery Manager, Duncan Tait. An industry stalwart, Duncan has brought a wealth of experience to our local distillery, defining the character of our spirit and crafting a lineup of award winning gins at the same time. His hard work has been instrumental in getting us off the ground, and the evidence is piled high in our warehouse, slowly taking shape for years to come. While Duncan will still be in and out for a while ensuring a smooth transition, we wish him all the best and will be striving to maintain the legacy (and casks!) he’s left us. Cheers Dunc!
