GlenWyvis in collaboration with SEPA
Environmental Fund
GlenWyvis Distillery, in collaboration with the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA), has launched an Environmental Fund to support practical projects which benefit the local community.
Applications to the Environmental Fund are invited from Ross-shire communities and organisations for initiatives which fall within the following categories:
- The reclamation, restoration or improvement of land to facilitate social or environmental use.
- Community based recycling, re-use and waste prevention projects.
- Provision, maintenance or improvement of a public park or other public amenity.
- The conservation or promotion of biological diversity through the provision, conservation, restoration or enhancement of a natural habitat or the maintenance or recovery of a species in its natural habitat.
Individuals, organisations or businesses in the following areas: Dingwall (IV15), Muir of Ord (IV6), Conon Bridge and Ferintosh (IV7), Strathpeffer and Contin (IV14) and Evanton (IV16), .are eligible to apply for grants of up to £2,500 by submitting an Application Form by midnight on 18th April 2025.
